A Time to Build has the experience you need to solve all your commercial handyman needs. We specialize in small retail maintenance service calls with zero call-backs and 100% manager satisfaction. We cover the Shreveport & Bossier City, Louisiana area typically, but can travel to other parts of northern Louisiana if needed (mileage charges apply). We offer net thirty billing on many types of jobs, an awareness of retail safety issues, availability of after-business-hours repairs, and more. From small businesses to corporate work, we are set up to handle your small work orders. Please Note: We have a four hour ($200) minimum labor cost on all billable orders. An optional $50 discount is usually available for payment at time of service, but please be aware that we cannot perform service calls for less than $150 per order, plus materials. We do have one form we need on file for new customers. * Under most circumstances, small (>4 hours) work orders can be completed within two business days. During periods of higher work load, this lead time may increase. |
